Fast Track Delivery - From £5.99
Orders sent using our Fast Track service use a range of couriers and are usually delivered within 1-2 working days when ordered before 11am. Your delivery charge will be calculated at checkout. Available tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped.
Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and Sottish Highlands And Islands
Standard delivery is available in these areas where the total weight is under 2kg. Shipping costs are dependant on weight and are calculated at checkout.
At this time we are unable to offer delivery outside of the UK. We hope to introduce this service soon.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours Monday - Friday, you will receive a dispatch email once your order has been shipped, the delivery time will be from this date. Estimated dates are based on Monday - Friday excluding Bank Holidays. Back Orders & Pre-Orders We accept orders for out of stock or not yet released item. If an item is out of stock or the full quantity of your order exceeds our current stock level your order will be placed on back order. When your full order is in stock your order will be processed and delivered using your selected delivery method. Our estimated delivery times will be from this date. Our stock levels can be checked in the item description. Please not we can not ship an order in two parts, if you would like to receive any quantity of your order that is in stock we suggest placing multiple orders. Pre-Orders are shipped on the release date of the item. You are free to cancel pre-orders or back orders at any point prior to your order being processed. After your order has been processed our standard refund policy applies. Our couriers deliver to the address given at the time of placing your order. Please check your delivery address carefully as we are unable to deal with missing deliveries that are not for the address given at the time of placing the order. For your convince our couriers may leave your parcel with a neighbour or in a safe place. If you do not wish for this to happen please let us know at the time of placing your order using the order message box.
How much will my delivery cost?
We offer two delivery services. Fast Track and Standard.
Fast Track is available from £5.99 depending on the weight and size of your order.
Standard is available from £3.59 depending on the weight and size of your order.
How long will my delivery take?
Fast Track is usually delivered between 1-2 working days when ordered before 11am.
Standard is usually delivered between 3-5 working days.
When will my order be dispatched?
We aim to have your order dispatched within 24 hours of receiving payment, Monday - Friday.
How will my order be shipped?
We use a range of couriers to ship your order, we aim to use the fastest possible at that given time. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with the couriers details and any tracking information if available.
Currently we are unable to deliver to offshore and international areas. We’re working on this.
My order is currently ‘processing’ what does this mean?
This means your order is currently being packaged and processed. You will receive an e-mail when order has finished processing.
How do I track my order?
Once you have received your e-mail with tracking details you will be able to visit the couriers website to see the status of your parcel.
My order hasn’t been dispatched yet, what’s happening?
This could be because of different reasons:
Your payment card may have declined.
Order placed outside of dispatch times.
Weather conditions may have caused trouble with the courier.
Busy holiday periods may have backlogged courier.
We aim to keep you informed of any delays with your order.
My order hasn’t arrived yet, what should I do?
Please check if the courier service has left any cards with information about your delivery, if this is the case please follow the couriers instructions on the card. If no card has been left please review your tracking information on couriers website or you can contact them directly.

I wasn’t at home when my delivery was attempted, what do I do?
Please contact the courier to arrange another delivery attempt or pick up.
My parcel has been delivered but it is not in my possession, what do I do?
If your parcel has been signed for please check with neighbours if the courier has left it with them. Alternatively check in any secure locations on your property that courier may have left it in. If you are still unable to find your parcel we advise contacting the courier directly as they would be able to provide detailed information on your parcel.
