The first 1 hour of pre-orders are open to existing customers who meet the minimum pre-order requirements. All other customers can place a pre-order 1 hour after the countdown ends. Some pre-orders allow for raffle entries, these are convenient when you are unable to attend the live pre-order. Some stock is pre allocated to raffles so they will always be drawn. The same restrictions apply and you can enter either the live pre-order or the raffle but not both. Raffles are drawn at random once the pre-order ends and the selected customers will be emailed an order to complete the checkout.
